The Town of Bay Roberts is inviting tenders for the supply and installation of asphalt paving on various streets throughout the community as part of the 2026 Paving Program.

Notice to Bidders
The Town of Bay Roberts wishes to advise all prospective bidders that the Tender Documents for the 2026 Paving Program are being distributed through MERX https://www.merx.com/…/Bay-Roberts-Paving…/0000326641….
Any bidder intending to submit a bid shall obtain the complete Tender Documents, including all addenda, directly through MERX. Bidders who obtained the tender package from the Town’s website are requested to register for and download the documents from MERX to ensure they receive all future addenda and tender communications.
To allow sufficient time for all interested bidders to obtain the Tender Documents through MERX and prepare their submissions, the Tender Closing Date has been extended.
Revised Tender Closing
The Tender Closing Date is hereby changed from:
Thursday, July 9, 2026
to
Friday, July 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Newfoundland Time (NLT).
The Town will consider only those bids submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Documents obtained through MERX and received no later than the revised closing date and time.
Except as amended by this Addendum, all other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the Tender Documents remain unchanged.
