Discretionary Notice – March 4, 2024

The Town Council of Bay Roberts is in receipt of a draft proposal application, seeking permission to construct a total of two, five-unit apartment/row house facilities, to be located at Ted French Place, Bay Roberts. Each unit will consist of two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living, and dining areas. This is a Discretionary Use in an area zoned Residential 2 of the Municipal Development Regulations.
