MAA Assessments 2025 Tax Year

Please be advised the Municipal Assessment Agency (MAA) has completed the valuation for the 2025 tax year. Town of Bay Roberts property owners will be mailed their assessment notice on June 3, 2024, from the MAA office. It is very important to review your property assessment notice as you will only have until August 2, 2024, to file a formal appeal with them. Information on the appeal process is outlined in your notice. If you have any valuation issues or concerns before deciding to avail of the appeal process, or you do not receive your property assessment notice, please contact the MAA office @ 1-877-777-2807.
