The Town Council of Bay Roberts is in receipt of an application seeking permission to open and operate a bakery/coffee shop at 27A Goose Pond Road, Shearstown.  This is a discretionary use in an area zoned Residential 2 – see Regulations 12, 44 and 99 of the Municipal Development Regulations.

Anyone with objections or representations must submit them in writing no later than 12 noon, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, to:
