The Town Council of Bay Roberts invites Request for Proposals for the 2025 Klondyke Days Fireworks.
Specifications are available for pick up at the Bay Roberts Town Hall, 321 Water Street, Roberts, NL, A0A 1G0, during normal business hours 830 am- 430pm. You can also request a copy of the documents via email to rondelaney@bayroberts.com
All RFP documents must be clearly marked “Klondyke Days Fireworks 2025 “and must be mailed, couriered or hand delivered no later than 12 pm NL time on March 12,2025 to the attention of
Director of Tourism, Economic Development and Community Enhancement.

A public opening will take place at time of closing at 12 pm NL Time Proposals will be acknowledged as received at the public opening, and prices will not be announced at the time until evaluations have been completed.
The Evaluation Committee will make a final recommendation to the Municipal Council and make the award as directed by the Council.
Facsimile or email RFP documents will not be accepted.
The Lowest price proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
