Council Meetings

Public Meetings of the Council are held in the Council Chambers at the Town Hall in the Cable Building.

Council Regular Meeting Schedule for 2025. Meetings Commence at 7:00 pm. These meetings are open to the public. Meetings are streamed through the Town YouTube channel here.

    Meetings commence Tuesdays at 7:00pm. Other meetings (if necessary) – call of the Chair (preferably Tuesdays). Submissions for Council Meetings have to be received by 12 noon the Thursday prior to council meetings. Please Note: In light of the Privacy Policy, on the Bay Roberts Website, the Town has decided to use civic addresses to identify persons discussed in Council Meetings. The names of individuals are included in the officially recorded minutes which are a matter of public record and are available at the town council office.
